Nigeria
From community to supply chain.
Legacy River International
Legacy River International LTD
Legacy River International LTD is a Nigerian operational platform established to structure responsible gold supply chains starting from artisanal and small-scale mining, integrating local resources, mining communities, public institutions, and access to international markets.
The platform acts as a bridge between the territory and the market, guiding local gold production toward organized and verifiable models. Its approach integrates progressive formalization, capacity building, regulatory governance, logistics, and commercialization.
The Legacy River International model is founded on a key principle: creating value directly at the source of the resource. This means working within mining territories, recognizing the role of local communities, strengthening existing skills, and guiding extraction activities toward more robust technical, environmental, and commercial standards.
Alongside the mining dimension, the platform promotes a multisectoral and social commitment that originates from extraction activities and extends to the territory, generating opportunities in terms of employment, training, related services, local economic development, and greater integration with global markets. Legacy River International represents a mine-to-market model capable of transforming local gold into a lever for economic, territorial, and community growth.
A local structure that connects mineral resources, institutions, communities, and international markets along the entire value chain.
Gold associated with polymetallic systems and multiple mineralizations, in a geological context with high metallogenetic potential.
Formalization and traceability promote artisanal activity within an efficient supply chain oriented toward the international market.
Cooperation between institutions, mining communities, and international expertise to generate local value and lasting development.
